INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Harissa Jackfruit Blocks
  • Baby Gem Lettuce
  • Feta
  • Pickled Onions (or raw onion dressed in lemon juice)
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up the Jackfruit Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Cut the ends of the gem lettuce and separate the leaves into little cups.
  3. Load up the cups with a spoonful of jackfruit, some crumbled feta and some pickled onions and enjoy!
